DVD Duplication
From 1 to 999 DVDs Flow Motion Dupables has your solution!
For orders under 1,000 units, discs are duplicated on top-quality Microboards automated duplicators using Taiyo Yuden media. As each disc is duplicated, it is compared to the original master with a bit-by-bit
verification process.
If, during the verification process, an error occurs, the copied disc will be classified as defective and pulled from the run!
When it comes to disc printing, we use only the best! Flow Motion can produce colorful, high-resolution thermal labels at 173 LPI color or monochrome, better than silk-screen and are bonded directly to the surface of the DVDs. This is a permanent solution essential for many retail, medical and banking/finance applications.
Packaging options for duplicated products include jewel cases, cardboard, paper, tyvec and vinyl sleeves, clam shells, mailers, DVD boxes and much more.

We have made it easy to submit your designs for your project. We are able to accept all of the current professional design programs as well as create a template in the desired format you may require. Please see below for instructions and information before you upload or send your art in.

Packaging Design
Please download the appropriate template(s) prior to beginning your design to ensure proper layout.
Be sure to verify that fonts are included or outlined / rasterized within the file. An included cropped PDF of the artwork is highly suggested to verify accuracy. To ensure proper output please be sure to add an 1/8 inch bleed to all print work.
Include a cropped sample of all art to be used for comparison only.

On-Disc Design
The disc art should be set to (RGB) and should be at a resolution of no lower then 300 dpi for maximum image clarity.
For all on-disc art, please verify that fonts are included or outlined / rasterized within the file. An included PDF of the artwork is highly suggested. A bleed is not required for your on-disc art.
Include a cropped sample of all art to be used for comparison only.
